Posada El Castillo is a three-star hotel run by a Dutch-Peruvian couple, situated in an old mansion from the late eighteenth century. It has been renovated without losing its original details, offering very large and well-equipped rooms. The lobby is a delight, featuring vintage furniture, a mosaic-tiled floor, a carved wooden staircase, and an amazing stained-glass window.
Services
All rooms have outside windows; some also feature a balcony overlooking the city of Arequipa, the volcanoes Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Pichu, as well as the hotel garden or the swimming pool. All rooms have a private, modernly equipped bathroom with plenty of hot water available all day. We are also proud of our small museum where you can find pottery from the Churajón culture.
